You’ve access to unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, barista coffee, and fruit baskets the whole time at our venue. Also, we provide breakfast, lunch , and dessert on both days. All menus are vegetarian and some are vegan.

If you have any special additional needs please reach out to the catering staff or some of the team members.

Day 1

Breakfast 8:30

  • Coffee and tea bread rolls with different fillings
  • Selection of fresh salads and raw vegetables in a preserving jar

Lunch 12:45

  • Asiabowl with Mienudeln, wok vegetables, Shiitake mushrooms, pineapple and warm coconut- lemongrass (Vegetarian)
  • Mediterranean bowl with anti pasti, spice couscous, Carrot salad, red chard (Vegan)
  • Potato bowl with herbs, cucumber, sloppies and salad hearts (Vegan)

Warm toppings: Vegan Tempura Vegetables

Dessert 15:45

  • Barisch cream with cherries
  • plum crumble cake

Day 2

Breakfast 8:30

  • Bread selection and butter
  • Selection of fresh salads and raw vegetables in a preserving jar

Lunch 12:45

  • Fitness Bowl with quinoa, raw vegetables, apple, Iceberg lettuce with walnuts (Vegan)
  • Spicy bowl with rice, beans, vegetables, corn, marinated pepperoni and feta cheese (Vegetarian)
  • Pastabowl with small fusillis, paprika, olives, tomato, parmesan and warm arabiata broth (Vegetarian)

Warm topping: Spice tofu in vegetable stock
